Patient safety is of the outmost importance. Mr Nduka works only in CQC regulated clinics and hospitals and the following measures are being taken to ensure the wellbeing of all patients and staff.<\/p>\n
For new patients, virtual consultations, via a secure video link, are offered as an opportunity to ask questions about the procedure you are considering and to assess your suitability as a candidate for surgery. From this initial discussion, an estimate of the cost of treatment can be provided and a face to face consultation can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, when appropriate, if you wish to proceed.<\/p>\n
For patients who require a face-to-face consultation, appropriate measures are in place, following the guidelines issued by the Government and National Organisations: From infection prevention protocols, meticulous clinical environments to socially-distanced layouts of hospitals, every process has been reviewed to ensure the safest environment for your care.<\/p>\n
\u2022 All patients attending the clinic will be asked to complete a COVID screening questionnaire, which must be completed prior to the appointment. If any answers indicate any concerns, you will be contacted and, if necessary, your appointment will be rearranged.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Patients are asked to wear a face mask or nose and mouth covering; you will be provided with a mask at the clinic, if necessary.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To minimise contact between patients, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure that the number of patients in the waiting room is kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Patients will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Patients will have their temperature checked before entering the clinic.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Patients should attend the appointment alone, unless they require assistance. In such cases, both the patient and their companion will be screened.<\/p>\n
All consultation rooms will be thoroughly cleaned between each appointment. Staff at the clinic will also be wearing the appropriate PPE. Refreshments and reading materials will not be available at the clinics, so please bring any refreshments that you require with you.<\/p>\n
